Return and Cancellation Policy


Return Policy:
We offer a 10-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. However, please note that the 30-day. REGALAA reserves the right to process refunds only after verifying the returned items. If you have purchased a REGALAA product from any platform other than the REGALAA Website, App, or Exclusive Stores, the return policy of the respective platform will apply. Shipping charges (if paid) at the time of placing the order are non-refundable in case of returns.

In cases where the customer claims to have returned multiple products, but the actual pickup includes fewer items, REGALAA reserves the right to deduct an amount equal to the MRP of the missing product(s) from the refund. This applies to promotional products, including free gifts and silver coins.

Refund Policy:
If you've requested a return, the refund will be initiated once we receive the product at our warehouse. We will credit the refund to the original payment method within 6-7 working days after processing the return.

Replacement & Exchange:
You may request a replacement or exchange as per your requirements. The conditions for returns also apply to replacements and exchanges. Please note, the replacement will only be shipped after the return of the original product has been confirmed, especially for Gold items.

Return Process:
You can initiate a return request from our website or app. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support team for guidance. After booking a return, please be available for the reverse pickup and answer calls from the delivery partner. Failure to do so may result in the reverse pickup being canceled, requiring you to re-initiate the process, which could extend the overall timeline.

Please note, while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, some pin codes may only allow forward service. In such cases, we may request you to return the product using an alternate courier service like India Post, and we will reimburse up to Rs 70 for shipping costs. If your charges exceed Rs 70, the excess amount will be deducted from your refund.

For non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning the product to our warehouse and will receive Rs 70 towards shipping reimbursement.

In the unlikely event of receiving an empty parcel or a missing product, please reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We require a 360-degree unpacking video to process the claim. Insufficient evidence or visible tampering may result in your claim being denied. The brand reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
